Adult Program

These classes are designed for adults who are enthused by the sport and want to develop their badminton skills. Whether you are new to the game or want to continue developing your fundamentals, these courses are tailored to your strengths and help improve your weaknesses.

Intro

This introductory class is tailored to players who are building their skill sets from the beginning. The course will teach you proper warm-up and stretching; form for grips, serves, and basic shots; and rules of the game. With these core skills, you will be ready to tackle new exercises and put your knowledge to use in the beginner class.

Beginner

Beginner Class is for players who have already laid the foundation for their skills through previous courses; this is designed for athletes to put their skills to practice through basic half-court shot repetition and point target drills during training. By putting together the footwork and forms, you will learn to maintain a consistent rally with opponents. After this course, you will be ready to start playing some games!

Intermediate

Players who have had previous training experience and are comfortable with basic drills and technique will find this class ideal - it's designed for intermediate level players with goals to be competitive at open gym and potentially join internal and local leagues. In this course, you will continue building your skill set through feeding exercises and full court basic shot repetition, point target and doubles rotation drills.

Advanced

The high level adult class is meant for players who feel that they're ready to push themselves even further. This is meant for competitive adult players who have the aspirations and goals to play in local leagues and tournaments, and want to excel in them. The class will hone your technique and sharpen your skills to help you achieve your goals.

Competition

Top Tier adult players who have aspirations to compete in leagues, local and national tournaments. Players are comfortable and consistent at performing and feeding advance shot repetition, point target, doubles rotation and pattern drills. Lastly, all players are required to perform and complete physical and weight training in addition to their routine training.
