


Middle School/HS Competition
Our flagship youth program is designed to teach students of all levels fundamentals of the sport, rules and etiquette of the game, and develop a likeness to badminton that can last a lifetime!


JV Intro (Age 13-17)
Similar to our Youth Beginner program, JV Intro serves the purpose of teaching students with little to no experience in badminton. This class focuses on the basic fundamentals of technique, footwork, rules, and general game strategy.

JV 1 introduces students to a wider range of technical skills, patterns, and footwork. The goal of JV1 is to reinfoce basic fundamentals and develop a higher level of consistency with basic shots.

Our JV2 program is geared toward preparing students to excel in their high school team by having a strong emphasis on speed, consistency, and power. This course will focus on advanced techniques and game strategy for singles and doubles.

High School Comp (Age 13-17)
Our high school competition team is focused on preparing students quality for their varsity teams, CCS, and participation of local and national level tournaments. Being our highest level in this category, the main themes of this course are shot quality, power, and fitness.
