Junior Competition Program

Our results-proven Competition team offers students a path toward national-level events. This program focuses on all aspects of competitive play, from physical fitness, technical skills, mental training, and advanced game tactics. 

How to Register

  1. Attend in-person evaluation with a coach; the coach will assign a level based on your current skill

  2. Enroll online for the assigned class through the registration link sent by email

Junior Competition 

Junior Competition students are expected to train 4-5 days per week to achieve performance with emphasis on repetition, quality, consistency, speed, and power. Students will also begin traveling to outside competitions.

Elite Competition 

Elite Competition students train up to 5 days a week to prepare for the biggest junior ranking tournaments throughout the year, culminating with US Junior Nationals. Our high performance coaching staff knows what it takes to maximize our player's potential.
